Keystone Deals LLC is a real-estate investment and services company that purchases and markets properties, provides valuation and transaction coordination, and communicates with sellers, buyers, and investors.

• Legal/Compliance: to meet legal obligations or in connection with mergers/asset sales.

We require processors to protect information and use it only to perform services for us.

• Lead Vendors/Marketplaces: We may receive your info when you request a cash offer via a partner.

• Valuation/Underwriting: We use property and market data to estimate value, repair costs, and disposition options.

• Transaction Parties: With your direction or as needed to complete a transaction, we share info with title/escrow, inspectors, appraisers, investors, and agents.
